Buttons disappear when clicking in the search box

I often use the "Re-enter Search" button, but as of the latest release, the buttons disappear upon clicking in the search box. Here's a video of the problem: http://zippy.gfycat.com/RelievedWellgroomedArctichare.webm

that's a wanted "feature". When you click in the Box (with the "seek for ...") the buttons reappear.
