miniupnp error

I've tried everything, and I can't get port forwarding to work. In the Diagnostics tab, under Port Forwarding, I have these messages:

[Fri Dec 4 20:32:56 2015] No device list found during discovery. miniupnp error code: 0
[Fri Dec 4 20:32:56 2015] Found own address to be 192.168.1.221
[Fri Dec 4 20:32:56 2015] Port 60922 mapping failure, miniupnp error: -3
[Fri Dec 4 20:32:56 2015] Found own address to be 192.168.1.221
[Fri Dec 4 20:32:56 2015] Port 60923 mapping failure, miniupnp error: -3

I have tried turning off miniupnp and manually forwarding the ports, but no matter what I try, nothing works. I haven't been able to find any information on what this error means.

do not use upnp; it's not working as it should. That limitation is broadcastet a few time when it comes to routers. In my log there's no part of upnp (its disabled in the OS and in SLSK, but the last should be sufficent) so it seems it's still used in your config?!
