OS X image files

Hi.

I'm thinking of creating a new set of icons for OS X's menubar and toolbar.
But unlike most applications, in which I have found the image files from
"Show package contents..." -> "Resources" etc, I haven't found any files from this one.
Could someone tell me where I can find them?
