QT 10/04/2012 creates subfolder from the seeder for each dowload

Anybody knows how to change the setting to prevent a new folder from being created for each downloaded file? The options menu doesn't display any real options except the general download folder

You mean when downloading single files? If so check out this feature request. I hope to add that as an option soon.
