Notify when certain buddies change status

Sometimes you want to be alerted when a certain buddy goes online/away/offline. This could be implemented by giving buddies a special "notify" property which can be checked or unchecked (like in Nicotine+). An alternative is to make a special group that buddies can be added to in order to be notified, or to let users select which groups should be notified. A group-oriented approach is probably most elegant in SlskQt.

A online status notification service for selected users is a good idea. I'll add this to my to do list. Doing the same for selected groups is an interesting idea, I'll have to think about it.
