Move things to the complete folder when really complete

Description: 
If I'm downloading a file, move it to complete when it's complete. That's currently the behaviour. All good. If I'm downloading a folder, move it to complete when all the files in that folder are downloaded. I download albums that are stored in fodlers. I'd like to look in the complete folder and see albums that are complete not albums that have some complete files downloaded.

this, please, i just deleted a huge amount of my library because it was full of incomplete albums due to the new split folder system

a agree with this as well, it's very confusing the way it is
