Support OS X Mountain Lion "power assertions"

Description:
The lastest OS X release (10.8), called Mountain Lion, has lots of changes in power management, and the result is that my Mac sleeps when I'm downloading stuff in SoulseekQT, interrupting my transfers.

A cheap way to implement this
A cheap way to implement this is to wrap the call to start Soulseek with the "caffeinate" command-line utility. I've been starting Soulseek like this:
caffeinate /Applications/SoulseekQt.app/Contents/MacOS/SoulseekQt
