Move old idle downloads to another tab

Idle downloads move to another tab automatically after some time, a week for example. It is useful option when you have many old downloads and tired to scroll.

i'm tired of idle downloads, more about never returning ppl, but at most about they're showing all the time... so yes, a new tab "long idle" or whatever would be nice. ;)
