"Download added" notification

I'd like if soulseek client notified me when a download was added actually. Popup or just blinking the 'Tranfers' tab - it does not matter much. Because feedback is a key trait of good UX. In the old client a user never knew if her download was added actually. The same problem stays actual with the qt client - it does not handle double click in some places currently.
