Start Paused Queued automatically

hello all since we have the option to queued pause folders for those examples when we want to download a lot of folders but cant queued more then 5 to respect the user rules, it would be great to implement a feature that would automatically resume pause queue's when we finish downloading all active queues from a user. in my example i have 20 folders to download and queue 5 and pause queue 15 then i go away and the downloads finish, then, its just their doing nothing this feature should support a textbox where we choose the number of queues that we want to start automaticaly, because lets say we have a user that only allows 3 queues and one that allows 5, we need to setup by the minimum user allowed in our list i hope people can understand what im trying to acomplish here.
