Groups of users with and without files download limits

Hey Just an idea. Is it feasible to introduce a feature where one can give unlimited/limited number of downloads to a specific group of users? For example, I have users in group "no limits" but set my client to limit uploads to 10 files only, with the option requested they would still be able to queue up and download any number of files off me.
