Can somebody tell me what version of soulseek will work on my old G5 It can't be upgraded to 10.5 so I'm running 10.4. Any info would be appreciated... e-mail me at sjdudley@aol.com and please put soulseek in subject line. Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately, my only real option for cross-platform development at this point appears to be the Qt framework, and Qt only supports Snow Leopard and above (10.6 I believe). You might have better luck with one of the other Mac clients. Check this discussion thread for more information.

As long as your Mac is running Snow Leopard or newer, you should be able to use SoulseekQt for Mac.

I get: You can't open the application SoulseekQt because it is not supported on this type of Mac. with a no entry sign on the file
