problems with diacritics

diacritics like ä, ö, ü (in the case of german) cause problems.
the path of my incoming folder contains such a sign. slsk accepted it but then created a whole new path containing a different sign instead of the diacritic.

my incoming folder is e:\hörbar\mp3\neu. but new downloads are not in that folder. slsk instead put the files into a new folder, namely e:\h�rbar\mp3\neu.

yes, it happens with soulseekQt. never had that with the original/NS client.

I've recently converted all usage of standard strings in the client to Unicode Qt strings. This sounds like a vestige of that. Try this build: SoulseekQt-6-26-2012.exe. It was built post conversion and seems to be downloading to a folder containing international characters without any problems.
