is it possible to delete user list groups? i cant find that.

If you use Windows try this build: SoulseekQt-7-17-2012.exe. It has a delete group option under Users->Configure Users Groups, and it should also fix the other issue you reported where multiple folders from the same user in search results download in queer order. If you're not on Windows I'd be happy to build for the platform you're using.
