New to Mac

Hello,

I just bought a Mac yesterday, so I'm completely new to it and what not. Is Soulseek working, or are these downloads (QT, Build 1, Build 2, Build 3) just for people to test it out to eventually get an official version of Soulseek for Mac's? I hope that makes sense lol

The SoulseekQT builds are a work in progress, and therefore can be considered to be test versions, yes. There is a considerably older build of SoulseekQT for Mac here, but I don't recommend using it. I'm testing out some heavy changes to the peer-to-peer infrastructure in SoulseekQT and once they pan out I plan on releasing new Linux and Mac ports (the Linux port is more or less done).

ok cool sounds good. hope you guys get something out soon, soulseek is the only thing i miss since i made the switch to mac, otherwise i absolutely love my Macbook. I wish i knew about programming and would be able to help test this out. im not gonna lie, i downloaded all the builds and stuff lol hoping it would work :/ i'm gonna delete them and wait until an official version is released by you. thanks again and keep up the good work :)
