There are no plans to port SoulseekQt to Android at this time, sorry.

There is a free third party Soulseek app in the Google Play Store. It is called GoSeek. It is still a beta version but you could give it a try. I use it on my phone and it works well for me. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.thylakoid.goseek&hl=en
