New slsk with Win 8

I have tried a few last version but every of them freezed after few minutes... (of coursed i have tried compatibilities and run as admin)... any ideas fellas?

Try this one, it's compiled against a newer version of the Qt library:

I have tried just about all the different versions of QT, including the new compiled one above. About 4 seconds after I start running the program it freezes up and causes disk activity to increase to 100% and can only be shut down by force killing it through the task manager. This started since I switched to Windows 8. Is there anything I'm not doing that I could to get Soulseek to work for me again?

Anyway, I've been using Soulseek for a long time. Thanks, Nir, for working so hard

Is Soulseek scanning your files and freezing? Was this happening at all with the SoulseekNS? My experience with Win8 and SoulseekQT was not a good one, though it never flat out froze like this.

Is this 64bit? Any other running programs?

Hi everybody. I've got exactly same problem:

This started since I switched to Windows 8.""" Prove also disabling windows search (index) and the version "SoulseekQt-2013-2-9.exe" posted before but nothing"
Now i'm having crashes in my HDDs. Each folder from disk that i share in soulseek, each disk crash. Then i need check for errors with tools, etc..
I've been using Soulseek for a long time. What i can do? Should i copy paste log file or something? If is like this, where i can get this log?
