Thank you :) I'm not sure if you mean we've been away development-wise, or that the service was not available to you... I'm guessing the former. Either way thank you for the kind word!
Cheers, Nir
I apologize that I was not

I'd like to say thanks for
I'd like to say thanks for the mac port. There's been nothing that's had solid slsk download/search on mac for quite a while. This SoulseekQT build 7 is the best thing I've used so far. Some problems with browsing users etc, but search/download is the critical thing, and that seems to be working very well.
Thank you for the kind word!
Thank you for the kind word! I'm glad SoulseekQt is working well for you on Mac. Browsing is, at least on my end, working even better than with the original client, but it certainly needs some way to indicate to the user the progress of the request.
My turn to say........
THANK YOU! I'm loving slskQt. Working great!
Thank you for all your help
Thank you for all your help Phil :) Here's hoping future releases will work just as well for other SoulseekQt users, and that they will have your patience when they don't ;)
Cheers, Nir
Would also like to add a very big thank you to all !!!
First of all, English ain´t my native language. I apoligize for any mistake grammar wise.. :) A couple of years ago I finally had the courage to leave Microsoft and it´s Windows based operating system behind me, and made the big switch to Linux. Knowing nothing about Linux even. Soulseek was for me the biggest and main reason that I didn´t made the switch sooner. I kinda, with a sad heart, said goodbye to Soulseek to make the switch. Not knowing at those days, that a linux version of soulseek existed, namely Nicotine. Someone told me that a tad later. It made me happy, because I really missed my nice program Soulseek. So I could happily share my music with my friends again and being able to search for music files again. There is 1 thing I must say; if you really are on the search for rare music files and you can´t find those, best chance to find and obtain them is with Soulseek! So, since then I used Nicotine, but it never ever ran smootly for me, froze a lot and lots of restarting the program again. But... It gave me my addicted music needs when I really needed something I was looking for. Big was the surprise for me yesterday(yeah, I know, very late..)when I found out that there´s SoulseekQt these days. Amazing, such a big improvement compared to the Nicotine install on my 64 bit 12.10 kubuntu install. I´m amazed how smooth SoulseekQt runs on my machine again. Big THANKS, very well done. It made me very happy, and very addicted again! Just kidding.... :)Thanks again, nicely done.
Greets.
