Serious problem with download

dear all,

My soulseek start and the download down to 1,5 kbps. The upload is normal, in 29kbs-35kbps. But this happening with all download files. I haved uinstall/installing soulseek again 5 times, I check the windows firewall (off) and with my network provider is all ok. What is happening? My network provider say that I have something blocking soulseek, but I don't have antivirus or softwares of protection.

I forgot to say:

After 5 minutes or least opened, soulseek crash and appears the error msg of windows that the software will be forcely closed
