30 megabyte cap

Hi, I am suuper new here, and I just found out about the 30 meg cap for downloading. I am going to assume thats within a 24 hour period...? or is it a longer period than that? I was just wondering, thanks!

30meg is probably what most people's maximum upload speed is.

There is no forced cap like that in SoulseekQt.
