How do you upload files? dont want to be a leach and just take,take,take lol

Aye mate got it sorted. Just a few more questions. Can people only download mu files when am online or all the time and also when i am in a que for a file when i turn off my comp do i leave the que or not?

is a P2P network so if you are not online nothing works.
