user groups & download priority

How do I create groups in order to sort users on my list? I see it's possible, but can't find anywhere option for it.

You can assign groups to a user by right-clicking their name in your user list and selecting 'Set user's groups', though there's no way currently to visually sort them by group.

Regarding download priority, higher the number, the more priority it has? Priority 99 is higher than priority 1, so users with 99 priority will start sooner than those in group with 1?

Yes, higher number = higher priority.
