Why does "'Limit max number of queued uploads per user" reset to 1000 with each restart. Currently using 2014.11.30, but it's always done that.

Certainly shouldn't do that. It does maintain a minimum of 10 files per user, but I can't reproduce what you're describing. I can look at it through TeamViewer if you'd like me to.

Yeah whatever you can do to fix it. It's very annoying. I usually set it to about 87. Everytime I restart QT it goes back to 1000. Windows 8, 8.1.
