Privileges countdown doesn't work on x64?

I just noticed this as I recently reinstalled Windows 7 as x64 edition, but the 'xx days left' legend does not count down as the days go past. It certainly did under x86.

If I close and restart, it updates.

That's definitely a bug, but I don't think it's related to it being 64 bit. I'll get this fixed in the next build.
