windows 10 problem

I just installed windows 10 and found this problem after downloading SSQT. I am able to do everything I want with soulseek after a restart but if I close the soulseek window I have to restart again to open soulseek. Any help would be appreciated! thanx-Tim

when you close the window: how? Sure it just minimized to the tray and waits for beeing activated again? SLSLqt has a build in function not to be able to start twice when one session is running.

I close it with the X or a close command. I'm pretty sure it's not running. I just tried it again. Is there another way to close it? I've been running soulseek for years without an issue. windows 10 - never a dull moment!

with a simple X it closes to tray (I'm just sure up to Win7 of GUI behavior). Have you checked the taskamanger? Else it just wait's in the tray to be brought to the front again (while working in the background). When you say (right click) Quit in the Tray it's closed until you relaunch it again.

Very different than 157-ns. I now see it in the tray and how it works now. the blue icon is so small I didn't know what it was til I clicked it. It's also not showing up in my task manager when it's in the tray but that's ok. it's working as designed. Very cool. thanx a lot! sorry to bother you.- T

NS was abandoned more than six years ago and completly rebuild by Nir on a new Basis and different Server structure.
So welcome to the new world :-)
